The Best Beaches

BABY BEACH

Our absolute favorite beach on the island! Although Baby Beach is about a 45 minute drive from the house, it is absolutely worth the trip! Baby Beach is a gorgeous half-moon sandy expanse in a calm lagoon and is ideal for families with small children. Grab some food and drinks at Big Mama’s Grill and ask for Mike if you want to rent an umbrella, chairs or snorkel gear. Tell him NJF Estates sent you!

ARASHI BEACH

This quiet and secluded beach is known not only for its excellent snorkeling, but a variety of water activities including windsurfing, scuba diving, SEABOB tours, swimming and sailing. Arashi is only a 5 minute drive from the house, has a bar/restaurant with drinks and food to purchase as well as chairs and umbrellas to rent.

BOCA CATALINA

Boca Catalina is a small, secluded beach only 5 minutes from the house. The beach is accessible by steps from a parking area alongside the road and there are a few huts to protect you from the sun. Make sure to bring your snorkel gear as this is one of the best snorkeling areas and be sure to come back at night for the sunsets! During week days you can have this calm beach all to yourself and on weekends it attracts a fun mix of local families and tourists. *Note: No food or bathrooms.

EAGLE BEACH

Eagle Beach boasts the widest beach in Aruba and is famous for its pristine and soft white sands. Eagle Beach offers beautiful Caribbean ocean views, ample parking, shaded areas, some beach huts, and a variety of water sports including Jet Ski rentals. Eagle Beach is about a 10 minute drive from the house and is located next to Palm Beach and close to the downtown area of Oranjestad. *Note: Not all parts of Eagle Beach are public, some areas are for guests staying in hotels across the street.
