A Luxury Villa Paradise on The Green

When you arrive at NJF Estates, you will be welcomed with a lush landscaped front entrance with a pathway and dark wood doors that will lead you into our courtyard. Tropical greenery and palm trees greet you as you walk through the grand modern front door into the entryway of the home. Beautiful tall ceilings and an abundance of natural light floods the open concept living space, designed for indoor/outdoor entertaining with a large sliding pocket door. A sleek high-end white kitchen with built-in stainless steel appliances features a large kitchen island with breakfast bar seating to gather with friends and family when hosting dinner parties. A laundry room is available for guests from an outdoor entrance with a brand new washer and dryer.

The Villa consists of 3.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms which will sleep up to 8 guests. The grand master bedroom offers a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, rainfall shower, and glass window with complete privacy for a zen experience. Watch the sunrise from the master suite through the double doors that lead out to the covered patio with pool and golf course views. Bedroom # 2 hosts a king size bed, private bathroom and large closet. Bedroom # 3 has one king and one queen size bed, private bathroom, large closet, flat screen TV, and views of the front garden. Sleeping arrangements for up to 4 additional guests may be accommodated by using the brand new pull out couches located in the living room.

The star of the show at “Casa de Finest” is definitely our amazing backyard with one-of-a-kind panoramic views of the Tierra del Sol golf course. Enjoy alfresco outdoor dining under the covered patio, light up the BBQ or smoker, and lounge by the completely refinished L-shaped pool. Grab some pictures with our custom spray painted Bob Marley mural, take an outdoor shower, or enjoy the Aruba sun from our brand new rooftop lounge and sundeck.

“Casa de Finest” is located in Tierra del Sol, a private gated community that is referred to as the “Beverly Hills of Aruba”. Tierra del Sol Resort & Golf is situated on nearly 600 acres of unspoiled beauty and boasting the most spectacular panoramic views on the island! Tierra del Sol features an 18-hole Championship Golf Course masterfully designed by famed architect, Robert Trent Jones II. Described by Golf Digest as playing Scotland, Arizona, and the Caribbean all in one round, this desert links course combines the elements of wind, sea, and earth to provide a truly exhilarating experience for golfers of all levels. Tierra del Sol also offers a range of world-class amenities including a restaurant, spa, fitness center, pool and tennis courts. *Note: Access to the Tierra Del Sol swimming pools, golf course, spa, or other amenities are not included with the rental, however activities and day passes can be booked at the resort clubhouse. The Tierra del Sol neighborhood is centrally located to town and is a 5-10 minute drive to beautiful white sand beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations and more.
